Dated to early 17th century, and only once shown publicly, the "Portrait of Margherita Gonzaga" will be on display at the Royal Łazienki. The work is credited to Peter Paul Rubens, one of the greatest artists of the Baroque era. There is a legend associated with the painting, which has been passed orally on to its successive owners.More
