Visitors are invited to attend classes of the Chinese practice of Quigong Soaring Crane, which will be held every Saturday from 11:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Officer Cadets School (entrance through the Ignacy Jan Paderewski Room).

The Ancient Chinese believed that human beings are one with nature – the universe – from which they draw energy (qi) at every moment of their lives. Centuries ago, they discovered that calming the mind, engaging in steady, deep breathing and concentrating on a specific sequence of movements can lead to a harmonious flow of energy in the organism and allows one to regain the state of natural balance – or broadly understood good health. These are the effects of practicing Quigong.

Classes are taught by an instructor from the Association for the Promotion of Health “Quigong Soaring Crane”, Hanna Kwiatkowska, Tel: 604 094 234.
