Tickets

Entrance tickets are available at the cash desks in the Officer Cadets School, the Old Orangery and the Kubicki Stables. The cash desks are open an hour less than the museum buildings.

Hours of breaks at the museum ticket offices:
Officer Cadets School: Tuesday, Wednesday, Sunday: 13.30-14.00; Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 14.30-15.00.
Old Orangery: Tuesday, Wednesday, Sunday: 14.00-14.30; Thursday, Friday: 15.00-15.30; Saturday: 15.30-16.00.
Kubicki Stables: Tuesday, Wednesday, Sunday: 13.00-13.30; Thursday, Friday: 14.00-14.30; Saturday: 16.30-17.00.

The ticket machines are located in the Officer Cadets School, the Old Orangery, the Kubicki Stables and the Cantonists’ Barracks.

The following persons are entitled to a reduced admission fee to the Museum:

1) Learners of schools within the educational system, students of higher schools for social care workers, students and doctoral students;
2) School learners, students and doctoral students being citizens of member states of the European Union, the Swiss Confederation and member states of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) – parties to the agreement on the European Economic Area;
3) Learners of schools run by social organizations outside Poland and registered in the database maintained by a competent unit subordinated to the minister in charge of matters of education, during the period of study of the Polish language, history, geography and culture of Poland or other subjects taught in the Polish language, however not longer than until the age of 18;
4) Learners of schools operating within the educational systems of other states during the period of study of the Polish language, history, geography and culture of Poland or other subjects taught in the Polish language, however not longer than until the age of 18;
5) Learners of Polish sections existing within schools operating within educational systems of other states, however not longer than until the age of 18;
6) Learners of European schools operating under the Convention Defining the Statute of the European Schools done at Luxembourg on 21 June 1994 (Journal of Laws of 2005, item 10) studying the Polish language, history, geography and culture of Poland or other subjects taught in the Polish language, however not longer than until the age of 18;
7) Persons of over 65 years old, retired persons, disability pensioners, social aid pensioners as well as disabled persons with their carers being citizens of member states of the European Union, the Swiss Confederation and member states of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) – parties to the agreement on the European Economic Area;
8) Teachers:
a) of schools and establishments within the educational system, juvenile detention centres and juvenile shelters,
b) schools operating in member states of the European Union, the Swiss Confederation and member states of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) – parties to the agreement on the European Economic Area;
c) schools run by social organizations outside Poland and registered in the database maintained by a competent unit subordinated to the minister in charge of matters of education;
d) teachers of the Polish language, history, geography, Polish culture or other subjects taught in the Polish language at:
- schools functioning within the educational systems of other states,
- Polish sections functioning within educational systems of other states,
- European schools operating under the Convention Defining the Statute of the European Schools done at Luxembourg on 21 June 1994;
9) Natural persons decorated with the medal "For the Contribution to the Preservation of Monuments" (Za opiekę nad zabytkami), the honorary medal for "Distinguished Cultural Service" (Zasłużony działacz kultury), honorary medal for Distinguished Service for Polish Culture (Zasłużony dla Kultury Polskiej) or awarded with the honorary title of "Distinguished Service for the National Culture" (Zasłużony dla Kultury Narodowej);
10) Ex-servicemen;
11) Students from outside the European Union holding the ISIC student cards;
12) Holders of the Large Family Card;
13) Honorary blood donors;
14) members of the Association of Polish Artists on the basis of an ID card.

The following persons are entitled to free admission to the Museum:

1) Natural persons decorated with the Order of the White Eagle, the War Order of Virtuti Militari, the Order of Merit of the Republic of Poland, the Medal for Merit to Culture – Gloria Artis;
2) Employees of museums entered into the State Register of Museums;
3) Members of the International Council of Museums (ICOM) or the International Council on Monuments and Sites (ICOMOS);
4) Holders of the Pole’s Card referred to in the act dated 7 September 2007 on Pole’s Card (Journal of Laws of 2014 item 1187, of 2015 item 1274, of 2016 item 753 and 2066 and of 2017 item 60);
5) Veterans;
6) Children aged up to 7 years;
7) Journalists performing professional duties;
8) Tourist guides who received a certificate of completion of training organized by the Royal Łazienki Museum, improving the qualifications of city guides who show tourists around the buildings and gardens of the Museum for a period of two years from the date of completion of the training;
9) Guides leading organized groups of at least 10 people.
