The first exhibition on Stanisław Herakliusz Lubomirski will be held at the Royal Łazienki Museum from 26 April to 1 September 2024. The figure of this eminent writer and politician, one of the most colourful representatives of the Polish Baroque, is presented through a rich collection of artefacts originating from domestic and foreign collections, including exquisite paintings, puzzling drawings and old prints, unique vessels, as well as objects extracted straight from the crypt.

The herstory of museology in Polandis the topic of an interdisciplinary academic conference that will take place on8-9 October 2024 at the Royal Łazienki Museum. We invite representatives of various scientific disciplines to participate in a discussion about the role of women in the development of museums. The event is being held under the patronage of ICOM Polska.

The Royal Łazienki Museum is a symbol of Warsaw which most strongly anchored in the consciousness of Varsovians and residents of surrounding areas, according to a survey by Difference firm, carried out as part of the “2023 Development of Creative Sectors” programme.

The historic residential gardens of the Royal Łazienki are one of the most visited sites in Warsaw. What emotions do they evoke and how are they perceived? Their perception from many perspectives is the topic of an interdisciplinary scientific conference that will take place on12-13 September 2024 at the Palace on the Isle. We invite representatives of various scientific disciplines to participate. The discussion panel has been expanded to include new issues.

Promotion of Polish culture in Italy, exchange of experiences and joint educational activities are the main assumptions of the ‘I inspire’ project, under which the Royal Łazienki Museum has been cooperating with La Venaria Reale in Turin in 2023-2024.
