  • 67th season of Chopin Concerts. Inauguration in July

    This year’s 67th season of Chopin Concerts will begin on 5 July 2026. Awaiting the inauguration, listeners can enjoy the Fryderyk Chopin’s musical compositions resounding in the Łazienki Gardens from mid-May to the end of June.

  • Exhibition ‘The City of Animals. Domicella Bożekowska’

    Domicella Bożekowska’s animalistic sculptures and drawings reflect her fascination with nature, her talent and her impeccable technique. A temporary exhibition of her works is on display at the Cantonists’ Barracks – the first such representative presentation of this eminent artist in many years.

  • Exhibition ‘Heliograms in the Solomon Room’

    Heliograms by Nicolas Grospierre are displayed at a temporary exhibition in the Solomon Room at the Palace on the Isle. Derived from the power of light, colour and matter, the works fill in the blanks left by Marcello Bacciarelli’s paintings destroyed during World War II.

  • Revitalisation of the surroundings of the Fryderyk Chopin Monument

    The surroundings of the Monument to Fryderyk Chopin at the Royal Łazienki Museum, the world’s most famous Polish monument, will be revitalised. The work will include the renovation of the basin, the conservation of the plinth and the enhancement of selected items of greenery.

  • What prohibitions are in place at the Łazienki Gardens. Why do they apply?

    The weather is favourable for outdoor activities. We take this opportunity to explain why bicycles, scooters or roller skates are not allowed in the Royal Łazienki. Animals which you take for a walk with you are not allowed here either.

  • Exhibition ‘Iconosphere of Wyspiański. November Night at the Royal Łazienki Museum’

    The exhibition was created to commemorate the 120th anniversary of the publication of ‘November Night’, which Stanisław Wyspiański wrote after a short visit to the Royal Łazienki Museum. The exhibition explores the writer’s aesthetic and literary inspirations and the stage history of the famous drama. The exhibits on display include, among other things, photographs, theatre posters, as well as costumes, props and fragments of stage decorations.

    From 20 July the historic gardens of the Royal Łazienki Museum are partially open to visitors. Only the areas marked on the map above are available. For safety reasons, please move only within their boundaries and under no circumstances exceed the fences.

  • Dziś Światowy Dzień Książki i Praw Autorskich - a nam od razu przychodzi na myśl ktoś, kto brał lekturę bardzo poważnie. Stanisław August czytał zachłannie. Filozofia, literatura piękna, historia. Te trzy dziedziny dominowały w jego bibliotece, a nazwiska na grzbietach książek mówiły same za siebie: Platon, Seneka, Montaigne, Kartezjusz, Wolter, Rousseau, d'Alembert.
